Currently looking for an experienced Proposal Pricing Analyst to fill an opening in Germantown, Maryland. You will work together with our Business Development Team, senior management, and other internal stakeholders to develop winning bid pricing strategies and proposed pricing that will help our continued growth and success.

In this role, you will:

  • Create, develop and shape organizational pricing strategies and tactics for bid/ proposal responses
  • Review / analyze RFPs, competition, and industry pricing trends
  • Be responsible for implementing high-quality pricing models, bid pricing, cost/business volume preparation methods, and pricing policies
  • Use, develop and continually improve tools to increase organizational skills, competitive intelligence, and pricing development and approval process efficiency
  • Deliver winning results including consistent high rates of contract awards and consistently profitable contracts
  • Impart industry best practices and proactive understanding of industry trends to your team

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field and at least 7 years of relevant experience in pricing for Government proposals and contracts
  • Familiarity with various contract types, including Firm-Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursable, Time and Materials (T&M), and ID/IQ contracting


  • Highly Expert in MS Excel including advanced functions such as Arrays, Scenario Manager, Pivot Tables/ PowerPivots, Reporting, Macros/VBA
  • Ability to multi-task competing priorities in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment
